In response to dVerse Poets Quadrille #148 Papered Poems
44 word count only challenge

Paper paper I declare
Paper paper everywhere
Lots of paper lined in ink
Lettered paper helps me think

Paper with a glistening sheen
I don’t even know what that means
Though I love all paper to write upon
Christmas paper is the most fun

  4. Grace! Most definitely. Due to COVID there’s not been any presents under my tree for the past two years and I really missed the prettiness of wrapped packages! Thank you!

    1. Yes, boxes reflecting Christmas tree lights from bright sparkling bulbs – nothing bring such childlike joy as waking to find those wrapped surprises! ❤️
