only deceit and lies

A home built
upon slush and grime
Will surely sink
no substantial ties

Love that is honest
heartfelt and true
Is the kind of love
I wish for with you

To care is to grow
to give and receive
Only one giving
bears no reprieve

Help me build
a foundation of stone
To keep us together
so neither will roam
