In response to RDP (Ragtag Daily Prompt) word PARTNER posted by Phillip Knight Scott

Juggling partner’s is a magical feat
few if any actually achieve
Polyamory at its best can only behest
goodwill when truth and trust
and knowledge prevail

One can love two and two
can love three and so on from there
A family of three consenting their undying love and devotion sweeps it
away if one goes completely astray

This dynamic of three or four
and sometimes more is not for everyone in fact few
Most look at them and frown want
them thrown out of town

Never understanding what true love
being a partner entails

      I know a trio (two women and one man – all are heterosexual) that have been “married” for over 20 years. All live in the same house – it’s amazing! I am also acquainted with a four way gay man’s closed quad and they’ve been together even longer! Sadly though, in my experience, these relationships take 100% energy, work, trust and honesty and do tend to fall apart. But I believe that a person can truly love more than one person at a time. ❤️

        Amazing. In my religion a man can have 4 wives at a time. But only if he maintains equality between them. So only a very brave man would attempt to have 4 wives at a time.
